Problem with payment

I have ordered a complete bogu set and a few accessories and cannot complete payment. I use a Revolut VISA card, after I confirm payment in my Revolut app my payment is declined in Kedoshop's Eximbay. How can I complete order and pay? I have tried many times without success even though I have enough funds. Please provide answer and explanation.
